Code of ethics 101: Conflict Resolution Suggestion; 72 hour Rule

If you feel you have been publicly disrespected by a member of the Black Afrikan Centered Cultural Conscious community via video, audio, or written article these are the steps to be taken before a public rebuttal is justified.

1. Immediately contact the person who disrespected you.

2. The person you contact cannot avoid you or not talk to you. This is not an option and should be unaccepted within the culture.

3. If both parties are so emotional and worked up that they cannot speak to the other person both people must agree on a third party mediator for the discussion.

4. Any conversations or discussions within the 72 hour period are confidential and private between both parties and the mediator and if conflict is not resolved CANNOT be used in any rebuttal.

5. 48 hours of conversation and 24 hours of physicality. If you cannot work out your your differences within a 48 hour period then the next 24 hour period will be allocated, AT BOTH PARTIES EXPENSE, to set up a physical fight between both parties with no weapons involved. If both parties do not agree to the fight all conflicts must be squashed and/or resolved because it is obvious both parties do not have a REAL beef.

If both parties agree to a fight, 3 rounds max, unless their is a stoppage. After fight all beef is squashed and resolved. All discussions about the fight and the results of the fight will be private and confidential. Any violation of confidentiality will be dealt with by the unbiased whole with severe penalties for the abuser.

Responsibilities of the “Unbiased Whole”

It should be culturally unacceptable for members outside of the conflict between two individuals to take sides publicly with either party. If you are identified and proven publicly via video, audio or written words or comments to be taking sides in a conflict you should be ostracized by the collective
Black Afrikan Centered Cultural Conscious community.

72 hour Rule Brand or badge

Everyone who has a website or profile on any social network should have a badge which by its visibility will state the person approves of and engages in the 72 hour rule code of ethics. If a person doesn’t associate with the 72 hour rule code of ethics then by default they have disqualified themselves as a member of the Black Afrikan Centered Cultural Conscious community and should be treated by all members as such. If you are a member of the Black Afrikan Centered Cultural Conscious community and you support and abide by the 72 hour rule how you deal with such individuals outside of our community is your own choice just as long as you do not connect the community to your individual solo mission against them.

Mario Cuomo, in 1982, not only ran on an all-white slate but he also refused to appoint a single Black commissioner in his administration even though the Black vote was the marginal difference in his defeat of Mayor Ed Koch in the critical Democratic primary. When asked why he refused to appoint a Black commissioner as a payback for Black support, he stated that he owed Blacks nothing since, instead of respectfully voting for him, they hostilely voted against Koch.

And now we are going to support his son? Do not listen to established Black Leadership who will tell you to vote for Andrew Cuomo. They are bought and paid for and will attempt to get you to work against your own interests to help the Democratic party.
The Freedom Party needs 50,000 votes to be the first bona fide Black & Latino led state recognized independent political party in the United States. 400,000 votes would be more than any third party ever received and would create a strong lobby for political leverage. 1.6 million votes and the election is won.

Is there any sane rational reason not to support this movement?

How would you deal with the so-called “Homosexual Epidemic” in the Afrikan community if you were in power?

Would you #1. ban it and institute the death penalty for any and all offenders?

#2. Gather all the homosexuals into a concentration camp and use religious exorcism to drive the evil satanic crazed fag demons out of them?

#3. Make genocide an official policy and kill all homosexuals on sight while offering rewards and bounties to the person with the most kills?

#4. Allow white supremacy to do the job for us? If you see a Brotha getting beat down in the street by white cops interrupt them and ask if he is homosexual. If he is not you can help him out. If he is gay just walk away and allow him to be killed by “the beast” Problem solved.

Are you willing to execute your policy against ALL HOMOSEXUALITY. Yeah, that’s right no more H.L.A. (Hot Lesbian Action), Fellas. Remember, it is an abomination, right? Also, you can no longer have anal sex with your woman either and the penalty for doing so would be the same as if you were a homosexual. That opening is for exits not entry, remember?

Since there are a lot of homosexuals in the closet how would you be able to gather them all together in order to kill them? This presents a major problem since the people who are in the closet are usually the ones who are screaming the most about how much they are against homosexuality. Does this mean that if you rail against homosexuality too much we would have to kill you too? Better safe than sorry? Think about it.

If making homosexuality illegal is a legitimate detriment…why hasn’t it worked? Why do those pesky homosexuals still exist? Does homosexuality rub off? If you are a heterosexual male or female how much time would you have to spend around a homosexual before you start sucking dick and eating pussy?

Afrikan centered people in our community state that Homosexuality is not Afrikan in origin. This may be true but since we live in a western European construct doesn’t that mean most of what we do is not originally Afrikan? Abrahamic religions, speaking the English language, the way we dress, what we eat, etc, etc, etc, ad infinitum, are amongst the laundry list of anti-Afrikan activity we engage in daily. So, would it stand to reason that homosexuality, like all these other “anti-Afrikan” behaviors would cease to exist or be minimized when we develop an Afrikan socio-economic & political infrastructure (NATION) we control? Or…maybe that is crazy. Genocide did wonders in Rwanda. By the way, who won? The Hutu or the Tutsi? I digress…

So, in conclusion, how Draconian are you willing to be against a concept that disturbs your sensibilities so much you must inject yourself into another person’s sex life and in between two people who want to fuck each other?
